Exchange Server sys-Collection configuration with Exchange 201x
- Servername or IP Adress of the Exchange server
- A version of the Exchange server
- The user that you configured in the Active Directory(c2d5exch) is entered in the Administrator field
- The password of the user that you have configured in the Active Directory(c2d5exch) appears in the password field
- When selecting the days you can determine how many days in the future should be displayed in the c2d5 client
Exchange Server sys-Collection configuration with Exchange 365
The following fields are filled out in the configuration interface of the Exchange Server:
- the URL of the server must be entered for Exchange Server 365.(outlook.office365.com)
- Version of the Exchange Server
- The user that you configured in the Active Directory(c2d5exch) is entered in the Administrator field
- The password of the user that you have configured in the Active Directory(c2d5exch) appears in the password field
- When selecting the days, you can determine how many days in the future should be displayed in the c2d5 client
service
You can start the sys collection service on the configuration interface of the sys collection manager
or directly on the Windows Server under Services
Assignment of the authorization of the c2d5 user
In the sys-Collection Manager under “click2dial5” -> Profile -> Exchange the rights of the calendar view are assigned to the profile.

Log files of the Client can be found under C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\systel\click2dial5\logs
Log files of the server’s Exchange service can be found under C:\sys-Collection Data\logs\exchange
