Overview
Change image of the user
You can choose from two different ways to change your profile picture.
- Take a photo – here you can take a picture. (Prerequisite is that you have a connected camera on your PC, or have a notebook with an integrated camera)
- Select photo – here you select an image that is stored on your PC.
- Delete photo – here you delete the image of your profile.
profile
In the profile overview you will see the following:
- Picture of the user
- Name of the user
- Login name of the user (GUI login name in the OpenTouch)
- Email address of the user
office
By default, the current device that is in use is the click2dial5 client on your computer. For this you use a table apparatus.
PC-mode
Use click2dial5 in PC mode in your company, on the go or from your home office without a telephone. All you need is click2dial5 and a headset.
An additional feature is that the caller can be announced via the built-in voice output. If it is stored in one of your contacts by click2dial5 the name is announced, otherwise the place from which the call originated. This is handy if you are not sitting at the PC with your headset with you. The PC mode is an integrated softphone.
Home office
At the home workplace (nomadic) you can activate this and enter the corresponding phone number of the home office. The phone number can be entered in International Format. In order to use this function, further configuration settings are necessary on the OpenTouch.
Active management
Here you can select the active line of your client.
Call Forward
On the call divert button you can set various call diversions and enter the phone number. There are the following methods to choose from:
no call diversion
- Call diversion immediately
- Call diversion on busy
- Call diversion by time
- Call Diversion Busy / Time
Tab Contacts
The symbols in the Contacts tab mean:
if you activate the yellow star, the contact list only shows the favorites
with the telephone receiver, you see the complete deposited telephone numbers of the contact
In the envelope, you will see the complete email addresses of the contact
At the Wekltkarte you can reach the website of your contact
with the © Lotus Notes symbol, the Notes business card of the contact opens
with the © Outlook symbol opens the © Outlook business card of the contact
the business card icon opens a detail page and you can see more information about the contact
the map opens automatically © Google Maps and you can view a route ((the map is a custom icon and can be configured in the external links on the sys-Management server)
favorites
If the yellow star, the favorites symbol is activated, you only see your current favorites in the contacts window.If the yellow star, the favorites symbol is activated, you only see your current favorites in the contacts window.
Group
If the grouping icon is activated, all contacts with the same name are grouped into one contact. This can be deactivated again by clicking on the symbol
again. If grouping is disabled, the icon
will display.

In the caller list you will see the following icons:

The symbols in the Contacts tab mean:

For missed calls, the Calling List tab shows the number of missed calls with a number. The caller is also highlighted in red.
Conference tab
Schedule and edit conferences conveniently via your client. Simply add people to your list of participants via drag & drop. You also have the option of adding files to a conference. E-mail invitations and meeting dates can be easily created.
The symbols in the Contacts tab mean:

Outbound tab
The outbound list is for multiple users of a group. This is a list of contacts to call or call back. The data can come from ODBC databases, CCD of the Pbx or via the IVR from the sys-VoiceGateway. The assignment of the lists to the corresponding users takes place via sys-Collection Management. The CCD suspenders in the queue and movers during the doorbell are supplied with information such as date, called pilot and wait.
The next call can be selected either manually or automatically. While processing a call, the other group members are informed about the current processing status.
If the entry comes from an ODBC database, predefined data can be written back to the database after the call has ended. The results are stored in a CSV file on the server. (Summarized monthly)
Browser tab
The web browser tab is configurable in the sys-Collection Manager.
Team tab
The new team view contains all the important information for your team. You can sort the members into five different categories.
- Surname
- telephone number
- Online & Name
- Online & phone number
- Drag and drop
Monitoring incoming calls – Team users
Each click2dial5 user can freely define which team members he wants to monitor in the team view.
Supervised team members display the incoming call (time freely definable) via their own pop-up window (possibly with sound) on the screen.
Notes / information for team members
In the field “Note for your team” you can enter a short note for your team members. The members of your team will see this note under your name.
The team window can also be undocked via the arrow from the client.

The caller popup appears on the bottom right screen as soon as a call is received or made.
The symbols in the popup mean the following:

The callback can be activated in the popup via this symbol during an active call. It automatically opens a new email via © Outlook.
The subject of the email will be filled out automatically. The text in the email field is configured via sys-Collection Management.
